Peri-Peri Almonds

Kick it up a notch with a handful of spicy Peri-peri or Cajun-seasoned almonds.

  • 1/2 cup whole natural almonds
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 tsp peri-peri seasoning or Cajun seasoning

  1. Place the almonds into a frying pan with the olive oil and heat gently for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the lemon zest and peri-peri seasoning or Cajun seasoning and cook for another 20-30 seconds, stirring.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool.
